Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Representative role based in Chattanooga, TN. The Insurance Sales Representative will meet with individuals, families, and small businesses to assess their financial protection and retirement needs, then recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.

Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, presenting product solutions, explaining policy features and benefits, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and conducting regular policy reviews to ensure coverage remains aligned with changing needs.

The Insurance Sales Representative will also collaborate with team members, stay current on industry trends and company offerings, and meet defined sales and compliance targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, including basic understanding of life, health, and related coverages.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate complex information clearly.
• Ability to conduct needs-based consultations, explain financial protection strategies, and tailor solutions to diverse client situations.
• Relevant state insurance licensing (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic office software to manage client relationships and documentation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with integrity and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
