Brand Manager - Makeup

Leading development and execution of brand plans to meet the business needs and expectations for the brand including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans. Review current and future forecast for the brand as well as budgets to ensure plans can be executed and financial targets delivered.

Partnering with the advertising and media agency to develop communication plans and advertising to improve business results; Monitoring advertising performance to optimize return on investment. Owning the commercialization and in-market execution of product launches including partnering with sales management to plan and execute retail programs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams that may include Sales, Market Research, Design, Packaging, Finance to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies.
