Front Desk Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant

Expected Hours: 35-40 per week

We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and friendly Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy, family-owned chiropractic office. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a fast-paced front office environment while ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.

Office Hours

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45 AM - 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Closed Friday, Saturday, and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls (50+ calls daily)
• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient flow
• Direct patients to the appropriate therapy rooms
• Assist patients with therapy as needed
• Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
• Prepare, organize, and file patient charts and records
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced office setting

Required Qualifications

• Computer literate and comfortable learning office software
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Experience

Prior medical office experience is not required - we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
