Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Part Time

We are a Fast Paced Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medical Office that needs a part time PA or APRN to add to our team. We specialize in Pain Management. Part time options available.

Must have current Florida license.

Experience a plus.

Monday Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursday 8am - 5 pm . Flexibility can be discussed . No call. No weekends.

Job description

• Interview clients to determine plan of treatment
• Assess client's medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information before treatment
• Consult with other health practitioners to provide the client's with the best care
• Maintain records of treatments.

Travel is required (Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Dunn Ave)

Ideal applicant should be attentive, quick, assertive, reliable and a team player.

Experience with Allscripts/Clinical Module a plus but not required.

Salary and Benefits Negotiable! Pay depends on experience and education. Pay also depends on # of days worked throughout the week.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
