About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you'll diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll be trusted to solve mechanical issues, improve system performance, and provide homeowners with honest recommendations that help them make informed decisions.

You'll work independently throughout the day while receiving strong support from dispatch, management, and the rest of the Aspire team.

What You'll Do

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor air quality systems. Perform preventative maintenance, identify system deficiencies, verify equipment performance, and ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly.

Educate homeowners on repair options, equipment condition, energy efficiency improvements, and replacement opportunities when appropriate. Complete accurate digital service documentation, maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, and represent Aspire Heating and Cooling with professionalism during every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced residential HVAC professionals with strong troubleshooting skills, solid mechanical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset. Candidates should be confident diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs efficiently, and communicating technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand.

EPA Certification is required or must be obtained shortly after hire. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is also required.
