Restaurant General Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a QSR or casual dining environment (or 1+ year of internal management experience with the company)
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
• ServSafe Certification preferred (current certification is a plus)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 45-hour work week, 5 days per week
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (7 AM – 2 AM), including weekends and holidays
• Availability to respond to operational needs and communications 24/7 as required
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed
• Reliable transportation and phone access
