Our client, a growing medical products company, is seeking a sharp, motivated CRM Analyst with Power BI with experience in Microsoft Dynamics , data warehousing , and financial data analysis . This is a newly created role with excellent long-term growth potential—ideal for someone with approximately 5 years of experience looking to step into a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support reporting solutions using BI tools and MS Dynamics data

Develop dashboards and data models to support finance and operational teams

Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights

Build and maintain data pipelines and warehouses as needed

Interpret financial data and provide analytics support for decision-making

Qualifications

Around 5 years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Data Warehousing

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, Business Central, or D365)

Familiarity with financial reporting or accounting data structures

Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI , Tableau , or equivalent

Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus

Self-starter with excellent communication and analytical skill
