Role Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our on-site team in the Rochester, New York Metropolitan Area. This full-time role involves designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing process controls, and analyzing and solving process-related challenges.

The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering
• Strong skills in Process Control and Analytical Skills
• Educational background or experience in Electrical Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
