The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at Mirbeau is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations with composed professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. The role also includes administrative responsibilities such as handling scheduling, cashing out service staff, and participating in company training and meetings.

• Associate's degree in restaurant or food service management or a minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment
