Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Demonstrate mobile devices, accessories, and related products to highlight features and benefits effectively
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures
• Upsell additional products and services by understanding customer preferences and offering suitable options to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to create an inviting shopping environment
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional service
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about device functionalities, plans, and features, fostering confidence in their purchase decisions
• Support store operations by handling retail math calculations for transactions, maintaining the cash drawer accurately, and processing retail sales transactions efficiently

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, cash handling, and retail math is essential for smooth transaction processing
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking practices is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette skills for engaging customers remotely or over the phone
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Basic math skills necessary for accurate transaction processing and cash drawer management
