Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed company goals
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Analyze sales data and trends to uncover new growth opportunities
• Assist and coordinate NHOP efforts effectively
• Maintain standardized sales policies and procedures
• Manage LNR Accounts & Groups
• Establish connections with CVBs and Chambers in the local area
• Ensure monthly action plans by Sales Associates are successfully implemented

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in sales with consistent target achievement
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to travel overnight as required
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Home office located at Holiday Inn Express, 2146 S Edwin C Moses Blvd, Dayton, OH 45417
• Locations covered include Holiday Inn Express York Center Drive, Holiday Inn Express New Albany Ohio and Holiday Inn Express Springfield Ohio
