The Branch Manager at Popeyes oversees multiple restaurants within a designated region to drive sales growth, operational excellence, profitability, and team development. You will play a critical role in managing restaurant general managers and supporting the overall success of the brand.

Role and Responsibilities

You will lead operations across multiple branches, guiding management teams and ensuring consistent performance across all locations.

• Recruit, train, and retain skilled Restaurant General Managers (RGMs), Assistant Managers, and backup team members at all branches.
• Coordinate with RGMs to develop staffing plans for effective allocation of shift supervisors and crew members to maintain operational efficiency.
• Create and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales goals for all restaurants in the region.
• Manage financial resources and monitor expenses to meet profit targets outlined in Profit and Loss statements.
• Ensure all restaurant operations comply with the standards and policies established by Popeyes Corporate.
• Regularly monitor restaurant operations to assess performance, provide guidance, and gather feedback.
• Oversee recruitment, termination, and performance evaluation processes for RGMs; ensure timely completion of appraisals for assistant managers, shift supervisors, and crew members.
• Identify training needs and support the implementation of development programs to enhance management skills and operational performance.
• Maintain compliance with Liberty Restaurants policies, including security, safety, cash handling, and prevention of harassment.
• Supervise adherence to labor laws and ensure consistent policy enforcement across all sites.
• Assist restaurant managers in understanding and applying Popeyes guidelines, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3 to 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Proven success as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and proficiency in oral and written communication.
• Experience in budget management, financial statement analysis, and driving sales growth.
• Knowledge of labor laws and ensuring operational compliance in the foodservice industry.
