The Copywriter is a pivotal member of the Marketing team who skillfully crafts messaging for our brands and products, significantly enhancing brand recognition, supporting customer engagement, and driving sales. Working alongside Marketing Managers and the Design Team, you will execute our brand voice with precision and passion.

Your contributions will not only elevate each project, whether big or small, but will also play a crucial role in shaping the perception and success of our brands in the marketplace.

A Day in the Life of Our Copywriter

Absorb & engage. Through product handoffs, project briefings, and one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders, you gain the information you need to help us hit our desired goals and outcomes.

Craft stories that will resonate with our customers (healthcare professionals), including but not limited to, product descriptions, targeted emails, brochures, video scripts, website banners, social media posts, and blog articles.

Optimize & Innovate. Using data-driven insights, you will refine our messaging to better connect with our audience, ensuring that each word we publish not only informs and delights but also drives measurable results. Whether it's tweaking a headline or optimizing a campaign, your analytical approach will help steer our content efforts towards success

Be our grammar guru. You'll support proofreading needs for the company and be the go-to source when coworkers need help with anything "word" related.

Your Background

Our ideal candidate has the following in their background. Is this you?

• 5+ years of copywriting experience; preferably in both B2C and B2B; healthcare experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of SEO & keyword research
• Ability to tailor copy to our target audience(s) in each stage of the customer journey
• Excellent writing, self-editing, and research skills
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field
• Familiarity with copyediting marks and Chicago Manual of Style are a plus
