My State Farm agency is looking to hire someone long term. We are different than most agencies. We are in office M - F. When you call, a real person picks up that phone. You typically know who you are talking to and will consistently talk to the same people.

I need someone who is willing to take the time to help our customers with their insurance related needs. Often, that just means listening to their needs and making proactive suggestions.

This position is to be present for our customers, during office hours, when they have needs related to their insurance.

You have to be willing to get licensed in Property and Casualty for State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
• Assist customers with things they need. For example, connecting them with their claim rep when they have a claim related question.
• Help customers understand their billing
• Offer pro active solutions that can resolve their current issues.
• Utilize our CRM tools to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress - Must be a note taker!
• Must have ability to de escalate and offer solutions.

Requirements

• Customer Service related experience
• Patience and humility
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a customer-focused approach
• Detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
