Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide architecture solutions.

Lead initiatives to evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Stryker's architecture.

Conduct regular assessments of the current architecture and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to other architects and development teams to ensure alignment with the overall architecture strategy.

Ensure that all architecture solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure in accordance with industry best practices.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture solutions, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in enterprise architecture, and make recommendations for incorporating them into Stryker's strategy.

Mentor and coach other team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
