Job Summary

The Solutions Engineer for Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent-driven automation will act as a technical expert specializing in Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent solutions, including both declarative and custom proof of concept developments. This role will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and manage AI-enhanced workplace solutions that yield measurable business results.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Guiding customers in the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring their readiness through assessments and governance.
• Leading full-scale Copilot deployments, ensuring security, compliance, and strategic alignment with business needs.
• Architecting secure and scalable agent solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Establishing and maintaining agent governance, practices, and policies.

Role Description

• Serve as the technical expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent solution development in Copilot Studio.
• Guide customers through the deployment process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation.
• Design and implement robust security and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Entra.
• Analyze Microsoft Graph signals and data permissions to minimize risks and enhance data security.
• Develop comprehensive agent architectures that suit organizational requirements while ensuring compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to guarantee that solutions are scalable and align with enterprise standards.
• Support clients by implementing Agent 365 for monitoring and governance of agent ecosystems.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent capabilities.
• Experience with Power Platform in developing declarative and embedded agents.
• A solid understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of bridging technical and business conversations.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform Solutions Architect, or related fields.

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $207,000, which comprises both a base salary and potential bonuses. Compensation is influenced by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
