Presales Solutions Engineer - Industrial Security

Job Summary

Join our team as a Presales Solutions Engineer specializing in OT/IoT Security. In this customer-facing role, you will leverage your expertise in security to guide organizations in enhancing their security posture. With a consultative approach, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative security services offerings that address customer needs and opportunities.

Role Description

• Collaborate with various stakeholders within client organizations, including CIOs, CSOs, CISOs, and security engineers, to build strong relationships and understand their security objectives.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our service offerings by engaging in training and independent study.
• Educate sales teams on cybersecurity solution selling and key technologies through tailored training sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities.
• Engage in hands-on learning in lab environments to further enhance your expertise in security.
• Create impactful collateral to support cybersecurity sales efforts.
• Develop use cases in our SHI lab to aid sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of OT/IoT security, including protocol awareness and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, and SCADA.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to conduct product demos.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for technology.
• General understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a Technical Cybersecurity role and 3+ years in Security Pre-Sales Consulting.

Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, GIAC, CISM, and others relevant to Cyber Security OEMs. Completion within one year may be required if not held at start.

Compensation

The estimated annual pay range is $170,000 - $230,000, inclusive of base salary and bonus, reflecting your experience and skills. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options for your peace of mind.
