Position: Executive Assistant - 5 Yrs Experience A MUST!

Blaine Kern Artists, located in the warehouse district, was founded in 1932 and today is the worlds leading float and prop fabricator. Blaine Kern Artists is currently seeking an Executive Assistant whose primary responsibility will be to meet the needs of the CEO and handle special projects, correspondence and scheduling needs as requested.

Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and excel under pressure.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities include

• Manage and maintain CEO schedule.
• Responsible for arranging complex business and personal travel schedules for CEO.
• Responsible for maintaining payments related to all personal financial responsibilities.
• Reviews all incoming mail and addresses special requests.
• Responsible for coordinating duties for CEO personal home.
• Responsible to assist in the daily correspondence to include opening all emails and determining order of priority.
• Responsible for budgeting, ordering and catering for special events and/meetings.
• Assists in filing and retrieval of corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
• Attend meetings and compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using word processing, excel spreadsheet and power point presentations.
• Willing to work nights/weekends as needed.

Executive Assistant Requirements

At least 5 years Executive Assistant experience a MUST!

College Degree preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Suite.

Must have valid DL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
