Pay: £17.10 per hour + £2.06 holiday pay = £19.16 per hour

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take responsibility for your designated section during service
• Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen, and HACCP standards
• Adapt quickly to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality
• Perform efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet service deadlines

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 4 years' professional chef experience, including experience working as a Chef de Partie
• A passion for producing high-quality food
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures
• Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
• The right to work in the UK
• A reliable, professional, and flexible approach
