The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme while leading site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day construction activities.
• Managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Driving high standards of health, safety and quality.
• Coordinating works to meet programme requirements.
• Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager.
• Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a General Foreman within civil engineering.
• Highways, roads or infrastructure project experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive approach with a focus on safety and quality.
• SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS Card preferred.
