Overview

Duty Manager – Reading Central Premier Inn. We are hiring for 24 hours per week with a pay rate of up to £13.86 per hour. Immediate start for candidates with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead our team to ensure the hotel delivers a welcoming, safe, and high-quality guest experience.
• Utilise previous leadership experience in retail or similar roles to manage and motivate a reliable, high-performing team.
• Communicate effectively and organise operations to maintain health and safety standards and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and delivering strong customer experience.
• Willingness to start immediately and work 24 hours per week.
