Junior Project Manager (Construction/ Office Fit‑Outs)

Location: Reading / Woking / Feltham / Slough (Travel in Area)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Progression + Training + Benefits + Car Allowance + Company Bonus

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering complex, high‑value projects across the UK, with overnight stays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take client briefs, complete site surveys, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and manage the project lifecycle through to practical completion.
• Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of furniture, technology, and design solutions.
• Ensure projects remain on time, on budget, and aligned to expectations.
• Produce risk assessments, method statements, and installation schedules.
• Monitor performance, budgets, and snagging to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Project Manager background in construction, fit‑out, design & build, or furniture solutions.
• Prince2 / IOSH qualified or equivalent.
