Salesforce Marketing Developer (Junior-Mid Level)

£40,000 - £50,000 | Fully Remote (UK-based)

You’ll be joining a fast-moving digital business that’s reshaping how marketing connects with customers. The team is embracing the latest in AI and automation, and you’ll be right at the heart of it: building smart, personalised journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and learning from a highly experienced mentor who’s invested in your development.

This role is ideal for someone with a bit of hands-on experience with SFMC and you’re now looking to deepen your skills. You don’t need to know everything yet; what matters most is your attitude. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of growing into a specialist, we’ll give you the tools and support to get there.

You’ll be working remotely, with full flexibility, and collaborating with a team that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Whether it’s experimenting with new AI tools or refining customer journeys, you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas and take ownership.
