This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of NESCol's Strategic Plan. Working closely with the Head of Human Resources, Assistant Principal People Services, and senior leaders across the College, you will provide expert HR advice and business partnering support that drives organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and positive change.
As a trusted adviser, you will influence and support managers on a broad range of people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning, attendance and performance management, wellbeing, and policy development.
You will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a variety of strategic HR initiatives and projects, helping to shape a progressive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

It is an ideal opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, driving improvement, and contributing to the success of an ambitious college.
You will be a Chartered Member of the CIPD, educated to degree level (or equivalent) with significant experience working in a HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic role. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of employment law, and HR best practice.
