Marketing Administrator

The Role

Support the Marketing team in delivering digital and traditional marketing activity. You’ll help with campaigns, content, events and day-to-day admin to support brand awareness, internal communications and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print and events
• Assist with content creation for website and social media
• Maintain marketing records, databases and assets
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and comms
• Support trade shows, exhibitions and events
• Raise POs, process invoices and source quotes
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
• Provide general admin and day-to-day support to the team

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and team-focused
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable supporting admin and coordination tasks
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
• Experience with Canva or Adobe (preferred)

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
• Up to 1 year’s experience (desirable, not essential)
