Personal Assistant and Operations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to take on the role of Personal Assistant and Operations Coordinator in their London office. This role offers you the opportunity to work at the heart of a global law firm, providing direct assistance to senior leaders and gaining exposure to high-level operations - offering a key pathway to grow your career.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 from home) and a competitive salary.

You’ll be supporting the Global Head of Workplace Strategy and the Facilities & Client Services Manager, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the team. This role will be 70% PA based supporting these senior leaders then 30% based providing operational administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive diary management for two senior members of the operations team (including the Global Head)
• Complex travel arrangements and itineraries across multiple time zones
• Operations and facilities administrative support, including filing systems and invoice processing
• Billing and processing expenses

About You

• Minimum of 2 years legal PA experience required, ideally in a City law firm or professional services
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
