You’ll be working alongside a team of dedicated designers and project managers, overseeing full project lifecycles from concept to completion.

This is a field-based role with nationwide travel, combining time on-site with coordination alongside our design studio. Benchmark Designs offers a flexible, entrepreneurial environment where innovation and quality go hand in hand with a supportive and close-knit team culture.

The Role

• Deliver multiple interior fit-out projects across the UK
• Act as lead contact for clients and contractors
• Manage programmes, costs, and compliance
• Drive high-quality project outcomes from brief to build

About You

• Proven project management experience in fit-out or design & build
• Background in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced commercial interiors
• Strong communicator and confident site presence
• Flexible to travel nationwide
