Your new role

As part of the Logistics leadership team, you will support and enhance Warehouse performance with specific focus on the processes and systems that influence Inventory Accuracy, Pick Face / Stock location optimisation, WMS implementation / WMS upgrade, capacity planning, and all associated KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

Your CV will demonstrate relevant experience and achievements, including time within a fast-moving distribution centre.

Ideally you will be familiar with WMS evaluation and implementation, team management (you will have approx 12 in this role), optimising stock locations and flow, multi-channel solutions (eg serving both e-commerce and wholesale customers). You will be IT literate with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

You will have a natural focus on continuous improvement, and be able to design and implement improved processes wherever a performance improvement can be found. You will be collaborative and enjoy working in a team that is always looking forward.
