Business Travel Consultant – What will I be doing ?

Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

• It is essential that you are fluent in Italian and English and have experience in the Travel Industry as a Consultant with exceptional levels of customer service.
• If you have used a GDS that would be great but not essential - they are also looking for someone with European Rail booking experience
• This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure.
• We are looking for team players who really care about what they do and put the customer at the heart of everything.

Business Travel Consultant – What else do I need to know?

This is a full-time role working either from the London office in a hybrid capacity or you can be fully remote in the UK . The opening hours are from 8.30-6.00 - it is a standard 37.5 hour working week so 3 shift patterns 0830-1700/0900-1730/0930-1800.
