Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant and Bar Manager

As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will lead our talented team in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that ensures guests receive a personal and memorable experience. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Your business acumen will enable you to maximise revenue and profitability through upselling and pursuing opportunities. Being a visible and hands-on leader, you will take ownership of the operations and elevate the guest experiences.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in a similar position within a high-end hotel, resort, or hospitality venue. A natural leader, you will have a hands-on, guest-focused approach with a strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, paired with a passion for quality and innovation.

Demonstrated commercial awareness and excellent communication, team-building, and management skills are crucial to your success. You thrive under pressure, embodying a proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset alongside exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience in supporting the launch of a new restaurant or bar venue is highly desirable.
