Regional Sales and Operations Director

Impel Consultant, on behalf of a leading UK Home Care organisation, is seeking an experienced, values-driven Area Sales Operations Director to join a mission-led team. Drive purpose-led business growth and expand services to meet local needs. Embed and uphold exceptional operational standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and outstanding client experiences. Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, aligning resources and planning with client needs.

Collaborate with operations, finance, people services, brand, and commercial teams to deliver seamless, transparent service. Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and client satisfaction to continuously improve outcomes. Champion a people-first culture, sustainability, and community engagement initiatives.

Travel regularly across the region as required (approx. flexible based on business needs). Strong track record in sales and operational management. Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
