Regional Manager – Forestry Sector (North East Scotland)

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable forest and land management services to a diverse client base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring regional teams to achieve operational and commercial success.
• Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to deliver results.
• Driving innovation and best practice in forestry management.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in UK forest management with strong technical and commercial expertise.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters (or similar) is desirable.
• A valid driving licence is essential.

Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
