What We Need

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Jr SEO Specialist to support our SEO Strategists by implementing technical optimizations, conducting audits, and assisting with on-page SEO tasks. This role focuses on executing predefined SEO strategies to ensure they are properly implemented and deliver results.

While SEO experience is an asset, we also value transferable skills. Candidates with experience in platforms like WordPress or backgrounds in social media and digital marketing will be well-positioned to succeed in this role.

This is an entry-level role with strong opportunities for learning, skill development, and career growth within the First Rank team.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical SEO recommendations, including optimizing meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
• Execute on-page SEO and content optimizations.
• Draft, optimize, and publish new website pages according to SEO guidelines.
• Conduct technical audits of websites to identify SEO issues and report findings to strategists.
• Work closely with our strategists to ensure all technical SEO tasks are executed as planned.
• Implement changes to ensure mobile-friendliness and Core Web Vitals optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working in WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: $35,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
