Game Master / Customer Service Representative

Requirements

• Maintaining a passionate, energetic, outgoing and positive attitude at all times.
• Fluent English is a must. Bilingual would be a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Able to cope with the special store operation hours due to the nature of the business. (Up to 12am on Friday and Saturdays for closing shifts.)
• Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude.
• Prior customer service experience is NOT mandatory, as we will provide full training upon job enrollment.
