About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our enterprise applications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the company's information flows by developing tailored software solutions that align with our business operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing organizational needs, recommending appropriate technological solutions, and developing robust applications.

You will ensure the continuous maintenance, optimization, and support of our enterprise systems, facilitating seamless integration and operational efficiency. You will also leverage AI tools to accelerate development processes and improve system functionalities, contributing to the company's digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or equivalent technologies

Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML

Knowledge of authentication and security protocols including OAuth 2.0, API Keys, JWT

Experience in integrating enterprise systems and applications

Solid grasp of relational databases and SQL language

Proficiency with source code management tools like Git and adherence to development best practices

Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies, including security considerations

Experience with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code

Ability to analyze and model complex business processes involving multiple systems

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual in French and English, with advanced intermediate English skills for support and training purposes

Responsibilities

Utilize AI tools for research, coding, testing, and maintenance to accelerate project delivery
