Your OpportunityBDO Lixar is looking for a Senior Front-End (React.js) Developer to become part of our team, with the ability to work hydrid or remotely from anywhere in Canada. As a key contributor, you will be part of delivery teams building user interfaces for clients across multiple challenging domains.

• As an experienced Senior Front-End (React.js) Developer, you will have:5+ years of experience in JavaScript, including understanding and experience with asynchronous patterns, closures, types and ES5/ES6Strong experience with Angular, React Native, or comparable technologies
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3Experience and contribution to Swagger documentation, generated SDKs and similar concepts
• Experience with Python Experience with front end testing
• Demonstrated ability and flexibility to manage time and priorities effectively
• Apply initiative and creativity when approaching challenges
• Able to communicate effectively within a development team and with clients
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Leadership skills
• Post-secondary education in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience

Your Experience And EducationDegree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science is preferred, but we are open to non-conventional degrees and education if abilities can be demonstrated.3+ years of experience developing web solutions or demonstrated proficiency.3+ years of experience in JavaScript, jQuery, and frontend frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS.Experience with front-end systems: static site generators, Wordpress etc.

Experience integrating with REST APIsProficiency with DevOps and deployment workflowsProficiency with Unit Testing for NodeJS based applications.

Ability to develop, review, test and deploy solutionsUnderstands the impact of good usability and experience, and champions this with clients!

Experience leveraging popular design methodologies, patterns and practicesStrong background with the software development lifecycle, and common models (agile, iterative, waterfall, etc.) with familiarity in best software practices including source code control, requirements gathering and unit testing.
