The Role

We are looking for a reliable, friendly part-time evening pickup/delivery driver to handle residential laundry pickups and deliveries. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work that can supplement their income

You will be the face of SudDrop. Most customers only interact with our driver, so professionalism and communication are key.

Schedule

• Afternoon/Evening shifts only
• 3 to 4 shifts per week
• Approximately 3 to 4 hours per shift

Pay and Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum pay
• $20/hr
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.65/km
• Paid trial shift
• Keep 100% of tips

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer laundry within assigned time windows
• Follow delivery and building access instructions carefully
• Communicate clearly if issues arise during a route
• Handle customer items with care and professionalism
• Represent SudDrop positively at every interaction
• Use SudDrop’s software to manage route.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable 4-door vehicle
• Smartphone with data access
• Customer service mindset, friendly personality
• Comfortable driving in Halifax and surrounding areas
• Ability to carry up to 40lbs bags of laundry (important)
