Senior Estimator for Building Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials and manpower requirements for projects
• Prepare summary quantities according to plans and specifications
• Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials
• Review received supplier amounts for bid alignment
• Suggest cost-reducing alternatives for bid projects

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in Construction project estimation
• 8+ years of estimating experience in the ICI construction sector
• Strong understanding of the Atlantic Canada market
• Knowledge of excavation and formwork processes
