As The Blooming Gardener we offer premium landscape gardening services in the Halifax area. We provide landscape design and consulting, container gardening, landscape installation, and ongoing maintenance for our well-established base of residential and commercial clients.

Our business works alongside our clients to provide custom and thoughtful landscape designs intended to thrive in the Nova Scotia Climate. Our team consists of horticultural professionals, design specialists and installers. We are happy to train and educate new team members who express a genuine interest in our craft.

Team Members

Seasonal full-time Landscaping Crew Members

In this position you will work in small teams supervised by the Landscape & Gardening Foreperson. Responsibilities include installation and routine maintenance of landscapes and for our valued residential and commercial clients.

Position Requirements

• Some knowledge or genuine interest in developing skills related to the characteristics and cultural requirements of ornamental plants, shrubs and trees adapted to the region
• Horticultural education and/or relevant experience an asset but not required
• Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements and hours of the position (standing, lifting, always mobile)
• Must be able to fully commit to position during high season, as we are a 7 day a week operation when required due to weather and volume

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
