Legal Counsel - Aboriginal Rights Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Aboriginal rights and title trials and judicial reviews

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience with a focus on Aboriginal law
• Membership eligibility with the Law Society of British Columbia
• Significant civil litigation experience in a similar role
• Strong written and oral communication skills
