Dental Office Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2+ years of dental administration or office management experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
• High level of professionalism, confidence, and problem-solving ability
• Experience with dental practice management software (Tracker)
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to implement systems, improve workflows, and maintain structure
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset in a dynamic clinical environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. This includes overseeing scheduling, supporting the administrative team, optimizing systems, and helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident, adaptable, and experienced in managing complex workflows, and who takes pride in creating structure and efficiency within a practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
