The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth, process efficiency, and customer engagement.
This role partners closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions across the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, APIs, and integration frameworks. They are expected to build secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions while adhering to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
The Salesforce Developer will play a key role in enhancing CRM capabilities, automating business processes, improving data quality, and enabling analytics and reporting.
This position requires a proactive problem solver who can balance technical excellence with business needs, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value
Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend innovative capabilities that improve business outcomes and user adoption

The estimated salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $130,000-$170,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts.
