Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary P&D point of contact for global leads across regional teams in NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Partner with business leaders and Corporate Finance on fiscal strategies while overseeing employee tracking and bonus plans.
• Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to increase effectiveness and remove internal barriers.
• Lead the performance management process, including identifying and coaching high-potential employees.
• Oversee HRIS maintenance and ensure operational efficiency through tools like Workday and Kronos.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in a relevant field.
• Ability to lead with executive presence and build alliances with management.
• Must be flexible and agile in a fast-paced global environment.
• Proven ability to drive towards results and prioritize critical projects.
• Expertise in Organizational Design, Change Management, and Employee Relations investigations.
