HR Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Assistant to support daily administrative and facility-related operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude in handling various general office and administrative functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage general administrative and office support functions
• Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
• Support facility management tasks, including office maintenance and vendor coordination
• Assist with company asset management and office equipment tracking
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal activities
• Handle incoming correspondence, mail distribution, and courier services
• Support travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic accounting-related tasks (WebSlips)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes
• Serve as a point of contact for internal requests related to general affairs and office operations
• Provide additional administrative support as needed across departments
• Additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in administrative, general affairs, or office support roles preferred
• Proficiency in English is required and Korean is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift at least 25lb

This is a contract position. You will not be an employee of LX Pantos Americas. You will be an employee of a third-party agency.
