We are on the lookout for a Chief Operations Executive with extensive experience in multi-unit, full-service restaurant management who can lead our next growth phase. The successful candidate will oversee operational execution, drive financial performance, and foster leadership development across our restaurant locations.
This is a hands-on role that requires a leader with a proven track record in operational excellence and the ability to preserve the culture and standards that define our brand.
The operations executive will be responsible for daily operational performance, ensuring high food quality, outstanding service standards, safety protocols, and exceptional hospitality. Moreover, you will take charge of driving financial success by owning the operational P&L and executing the company's strategic goals.
We require applicants to have at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in similar settings, preferably in an enterprise-level capacity. Strong operational instincts, financial acumen, and a proven history of effective team leadership are essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit a direct and decisive leadership style, maintain high standards, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
A crucial aspect of this role is the willingness to lead from the front lines, with approximately 60% travel required. You should be dedicated to being present in one of our key markets. Collaboration with the executive team will be vital to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful new store openings as well as growth initiatives.
