Inventory Controller and Driver

We are seeking an Inventory Controller and Driver to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory management, material organization, and timely delivery of equipment to job sites. This role is responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining inventory records, organizing materials using FIFO practices, preparing job materials, and coordinating deliveries to field teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and safely transport materials while supporting field operations.

• 2 years of inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Valid California driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as needed.
