An electronic component manufacturing company is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive customer service attitude, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule of the Receptionist

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Office)

Pay Rate of the Receptionist

$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities of the Receptionist

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front office area
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Support various departments with administrative needs as required
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and attention to detail in daily tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment
