Real Estate Finance Consultant

Company Overview

A leading global investment firm with nearly $300 billion in assets under management is seeking a Consultant for their Real Estate Finance group. This role focuses on performance and attribution reporting for internal and external purposes.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and technology teams in strategic business initiatives and automation projects to enhance and streamline reporting processes on a global scale.
• Conduct UAT activities including testing, documentation, and support.
• Plan, execute, and validate data migration and ensure data governance.
• Focus on FP&A Reporting, including data validation and model testing for FP&A realization and forecasting automation tool.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, math, accounting, or economics with a strong GPA.
• 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, consulting, or Private Equity/Real Estate role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in building and working with large data validation files.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $80 - $92/hr, DOE
