Due to continued 2026 growth, Boswell’s Construction Inspection Services Department is seeking additional Resident Engineers/ Senior Construction Inspectors to oversee several projects and a staff of Engineers and Inspector

Manage project budgets to track monthly expenditures on project-by-project b

• asisConduct or direct the verification of construction quantities for contractor applications for pay
• mentPrepare staffing and cost estimates for new proj
• ectsConduct constructability reviews which may include roadway projects, sanitary and storm drainage projects, pump stations, generators, retaining walls, bridge replacements (including movable bridges), culv
• ertsOversee or conduct construction tasks including bid reviews, contract award evaluations, verification of bond and insurance submittals, issuance of Notice to Proceed letters, construction and pre-construction meet
• ingsEnsure project QA/QC compliance efforts in accordance with strict adherence to QA/ QC and Safety practices & stand
• ardsProvide leadership and direction by mentoring and motivating staff including training, performance feedback, technical guidance, client relations, financial management and brainstor
• mingChair preconstruction meetings and prepare meeting minutes for proj

Require

• ments

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with minimum of 10+ years of experience demonstrating increased responsibility from Construction Inspector level responsibilities
