For the Medical Receptionist position, the job requirements include

• Warmly greet, welcome, and assist patients
• Print, handle, and scan all patient-related documents
• Professionally answer and return phone calls
• Correctly verify insurances, collect co-payments, and balance cash receipts
• Completely enter patient information into electronic health records (EHR)
• Kindly assist patients with insurance, plans, and benefit questions
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

-Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center
